In the case of accidents regarding personal information, we have established a system that will not only take prompt measures to prevent exasperation and settle the situation, but also analyze the cause of the accident, pin-point and solve the problem, and initiate measures to prevent recurrence.

To request a notification of the purpose for acquiring personal information, or disclosure, revision, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of disclosure to third party, or file a complaint/inquire about personal information, we will respond via the Personal Information Service Desk (TEL: 03-6432-4486 Weekdays 10:00AM-6:00PM). However, in the case that we cannot release personal information due to legal regulations, or if the storage period of said information has expired, we will not be able to respond to the request of a notification of the purpose for acquiring personal information, or disclosure, revision, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of disclosure to third party.
